Please note: When a tile or stone floor is cleaned with a lot of soap it becomes really slippery.  Once dry, it looks OK but, later, when liquids are spilled on the floor, the remaining soap residue causes it to become very slippery.  With Fintastic Services’ specialized cleaning and sealing techniques, no soapy residue is left on the floor.  This much safer application yields excellent results, especially in a commercial setting as businesses want to avoid law suits being filed by customers who slip and fall!
